Data Source Configuration Change Report
A new report monitors changes to data source configurations and records the responsible individuals.
From the Advanced Controls Configurations page, select the overflow icon of a data source record, then select View Record History as shown below.

Any changes made to the data source are displayed here, and can also be downloaded.

This report provides a detailed log of changes made to data source configurations. It tracks the following attributes:
- Event Type
- User
- Date
- Attribute
- Old Value
- New Value
The attributes that can be modified and tracked include:
- Authorization Scope
- Host
- API Key
- Protocol Type
- Token URL
- Grant Type
- Client Assertion
- User Assertion
- Username
- Secret Key
NOTE: For sensitive attributes like API Key, Client Assertion, User Assertion, Username, and Secret Key, the Old and New Value fields will be displayed as asterisks (***) for security reasons.

Business Benefit
Configurations such as the host, token URL and authorization key dictate how and when data is sourced. Any changes to these configurations can directly affect results generated by risk management models and controls. Therefore, it's essential to track who made the changes and when, ensuring accountability and preventing potential disruption.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
