BICC Extract View Objects for Lease Accounting
Use Lease Accounting public view objects, or PVO, exposed in Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector to extract data from Oracle Cloud instances and load the data into specified external storage areas. Incorporate this data into a data warehouse or integrate the data with third-party applications or reporting solutions.

Lease Accounting Lines | The Lease Accounting Lines view object contains accounting transaction lines information including conversion rates applicable to foreign currency transactions, accrual schedule identifiers, GL Code Combinations table row identifier, account classes for debits and credits, line amounts as well as payment numbers. |
Lease Accrual Schedules | The Lease Accrual Schedules view object contains accrual schedules identifiers as well as accrual details including accrual period, accrual status, accrual reversals, right-of-use starting and liability closing balances, interest accrual amounts, and whether accruals are related to catch ups or amendments. |
Lease Accrual Schedules Stage | The Lease Accrual Schedules Stage view object contains accrual schedules stage information such as stage identifiers, accrual amendment adjustments, accrual period dates, right-of-use starting and closing balances, and accrual amounts. |
Lease Assets | The Lease Assets view object contains asset information including unique identifier, asset model, units, size, property details, ship-to site, and asset effective dates. |
Lease Balances | The Lease Balances view object contains various kinds of right-of-use and liability balances including accrued balances, amendment adjustments, additional balances resulting from amendments, starting and ending balances, contingency expense amounts, currencies, accounting period details, and whether the balances are scheduled, accounted, or final. |
Lease Details | The Lease Details view object contains lease information including asset type identifiers, lease amendment details, lease dates, system options values applying to the lease, lease version information, transaction types, and discount rate. |
Lease Discount Indexes | The Lease Discount Indexes view object holds information related to the cost of funds rates used to calculate lease balances in accordance with lease accounting standards. This information includes index and index status. |
Lease Headers | The Lease Headers view object contains lease header level information such as business unit, legal entity, lease type, party, lease dates, lease status, whether subleases are allowed, and source references for imported or migrated leases. |
Lease Increment Headers | The Lease Increment Headers view object includes payment increase agreement information at the header level such as name, dates, whether increase agreement applies to revenue or expense payments, ship-to site, and bill-to site details. The view object also includes index derivation and assessment details. |
Lease Increment Lines | The Lease Increment Lines view object includes payment increase line information such as payment number, assessment dates, payment basis amount, basis factor percent, increase amounts and percents, final amounts, contingent and non-contingent amount, cumulative payment increase, cumulative contingent and non-contingent amounts, and schedule regeneration flags. |
Lease Increment Payments | The Lease Increment Payments view object contains information including payment increase number, feeder system, assessment dates, and associated payment numbers. |
Lease Increment Periods | The Lease Increment Periods view object includes information such as payment increase index type, calculated increase percent, fixed increase amounts, payment increase index date, assessment status and assessment dates, basis factor and basis increase percent, carry-forward percents, missing index derivation logic and schedules re-generation flags. |
Lease Liability Schedules | The Lease Liability Schedules view object includes schedule identifiers, whether schedules are for catch-up purposes, liability beginning and ending balances, increase amounts, interest calculated amounts, long term and short-term liability balances, associated payment items, accrual periods, and whether upfront tax is included in liability. |
Lease Liability Schedules Stage | The Lease Liability Schedules Stage view object includes schedule identifiers, whether schedules are for catch-up purposes, liability beginning and ending balances, increase amounts, interest calculated amounts, long-term and short-term liability balances, associated payment items, accrual periods, and whether upfront tax is included in liability. |
Lease Milestones | The Lease Milestones view object includes milestone name, milestone dates, notification details, and whether the milestones is associated to the entire lease, a payment, or an option. |
Lease Obligations | The Lease Obligations view object holds obligation information such as obligation identifier, obligation type, currency, associated asset, obligation dates, obligation status, as well as the party responsible for paying the obligation, and supplier information. |
Lease Payment Headers | The Lease Payment Headers view object contains payment identifiers, option flags and type, payment currency and currency type, frequency, right-of-use and liability flags, tax parameters, bill-to information, ship-to site, migration balances, purchase order numbers, and payment status. It also includes exempt payment amortization method, payment due dates, and whether the payment is for lease or non-lease revenue. |
Lease Payment Items | The Lease Payment Items view object includes payment identifier, payment currency, entered currency, item amount, payment dates, payment status, supplier number, tax payment parameters, payables invoice status, primary ledger charge and liability accounts. It also contains whether the payment is generated for increase agreements, reversals, or adjustments. Additional information includes conversion rate for foreign currency amounts, export status to payables, and whether the payment item is for the lease payment, payment increase agreement, recoverable tax, or non-recoverable tax. |
Lease Payment Lines | The Lease Payment Lines view object contains payment line related information such as payment identifier, lease identifier, payment lines dates, adjustment types, and number of payments. |
Lease Properties | The Lease Properties view object contains property details such as property name, property code, property type, property type level, property's internal and external physical location, property size, property effective dates, and whether property is leased, owned, or managed. |
Lease Rights | The Lease Rights view object contains lease rights such as rights identifiers, rights status, rights descriptions, rights dates, associated lease, and the rights information source. |
Lease Schedule Headers | The Lease Schedule Headers view object includes lease schedules header information such as status, liability and right-of use amounts and change amounts resulting from amendments, bill-to customer and site information, ship-to details, currency, discount rates, and daily compounding rate. It also includes forecasted amounts for right--of-use, interest amount, liability, and reserve. |
Lease System Options | The Lease System Options view object contains the system option setup values for the business unit. System options include schedule calculation preferences such as day convention and interest compounding options. The view object also includes other system option values for options related to revenue leases, expense leases, property definition, approval setups, auto-numbering preferences, and Payables and Receivables integration preferences. |
Payment Increase Agreement Template | The Payment Increase Agreement Template view object contains information related to the payment increase agreement template setup. The information includes payment increase agreement defaults such as assessment details, basis calculation preferences, bill-to customer, ship-to-site, supplier, minimum and maximum increase percents, and whether the agreement type is fixed amount or index based. |
Payment Increase Indexes | The Payment Increase Indexes view object includes information related to the payment increase index setup such as effective dates, index name, index status, and the payment increase index type. |
Payment Templates | The Payment Templates view object contains payment and option defaults for payment attributes, payment processing, and tax attributes. |

Access Requirements
BICC is available as part of the Oracle Applications Cloud subscription. Additional access provisioning is required, and you must sign into BICC to perform all tasks related to the data extraction.
