GTAS Accumulation Process with Receivables Transactions

The GTAS Accumulation Process now includes journal balances resulting from Receivables transactions and activity, including invoices, credit memos, debit memos, standard receipts, miscellaneous receipts, and adjustments. This ensures that Receivables transactions and activity are included in the bulk file that's generated and submitted to the US Department of Treasury. Governmentwide Treasury Account Symbol Adjusted Trial Balance System, or GTAS, is a report submitted periodically to the US Department of Treasury. The balances can also be viewed on the GTAS Balances Inquiry page.
