Payables Reclassifications Status for CTA

Use the Payables Reclassifications Status Report to track the history of reclassifications submitted to the U.S. Department of Treasury using the Classifications Transactions and Accountability, or CTA, process. The report output lists payments with statuses of 'Reclassified' and 'To Be Reclassified.' Payments marked as 'To Be Reclassified' can be processed through the Perform CTA Reporting process to ensure accurate reporting.

Business Benefit:

• Allows U.S. Federal agencies and departments to review for accuracy the CTA payments adjusted and submitted to the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Steps to Enable

U.S. Federal Financials must be enabled.

Access Requirements

To use this feature, you need the following duty roles:

• Payables Invoice Transaction Analysis Duty (FBI_PAYABLES_INVOICE_TRANSACTION_ANALYSIS_DUTY)
• BI Administrator Role (BI_ADMINISTRATOR_DUTY)
