Enhancements to GenAI Security Briefing Report
Oracle Fusion Cloud Advanced Access Requests allows security administrators to easily request access for users and to obtain the necessary review and approval inputs.
For each role request, a security-briefing feature was introduced in 25B. It displays information that helps reviewers and approvers to determine whether to grant the request, and it's now updated to identify:
- If the role is, is similar to, or includes an IT role that provides elevated access. If so, it identifies the IT role. The role being requested for assignment is similar to an IT role if it includes 75 percent of that IT role's privileges.
- If the role contains privileges that aren't usually assigned to users with the job title or position of the person whose role request is being considered.
- If the user is a nonhuman user or a service account.
Business Benefit
Role request reviewers and approvers will have additional contextual information regarding the role that's being requested for the user. This will inform their decision making.
