In this update, improvements are available in the following areas:
- User Experience Enhancements for the Bill Transactions Page:
- Improved Empty State - The Bill Transactions page now displays a clear, visually engaging message and illustration when no bill transactions match your current search criteria or data security conditions. This enhancement helps users immediately understand that there are currently no transactions to display, reducing confusion and improving the overall user experience.
Empty State on the Bill Transactions Page
- Streamlined Right-Click Options in the Data Grid - The context menu in the data grid now displays only relevant and available actions, making it cleaner and easier to use. All redundant, permanently non-actionable options are removed for improved usability.

Contextual Menu in the Data Grid on the Bill Transactions Page
- Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Investments:
- Project Billing - Bill Transactions Real Time subject area - The following attributes have been added:
- Pricing Type - Indicates whether the amount to bill was calculated using an amount or quantity basis.
- Status Reason - Provides additional context as to why a transaction is in a particular status.
- Billing Status Code - A non-translated identifier for the Billing Status.
- Derived Quantity - The original quantity to bill derived by the application, prior to any adjustments.
- Bill Group - Refer to the Bill Groups to Combine Bill Transactions into Invoices feature, also in 26A.
- Project Billing - Bill Transactions Real Time subject area - The following attributes have been added:
