AI Agents Promote Understanding of Business-Process Risk
Four Assurance Advisor AI agents leverage Risk and Security Snapshot reports to provide valuable insights to process owners about risk in their business processes. These agents include Source to Settle Assurance Advisor, Order to Cash Assurance Advisor, Record to Report Assurance Advisor, and Hire to Retire Assurance Advisor.
These agents are built on Oracle's AI Agent framework and powered by large language models (LLMs). The agents understand natural-language queries and respond with accurate contextual information based on the Risk and Security Snapshot report data.
Invoke the new AI Agents within the Risk and Security Snapshot page by using a guided journey (as introduced in 25D). In addition, you can invoke the Assurance Advisor AI agents from your AI Chat work area, once granted access.
Process owners can ask questions, such as the following, and get relevant contextual responses:
- Summarize the findings for the Source to Settle process.
- Which users have the most violations?
- Which roles have the most reported violations?
Business Benefit
Process owners can leverage the Assurance Advisor AI agents to get a sense of access and transaction related risks in their business processes.

Tips And Considerations
- Prepare the data for the document tools used by the assurance advisor agents:
- Run the Risk and Security Snapshot process for a specific business process and time period.
- When the job is complete, download the report data.
- Extract the data from Summary Table, Intrarole Access Risks, User Access Risks, and Transaction Risk Summary tabs to create four separate files.
- Convert the tabular data in these files to JSON format and save as text files.
- Upload the business-process-specific text files to the respective document tools used in the assurance AI agents.
