Selected Contracts Bug Fixes in This Update

This update includes some bug fixes that can change the way the application works. This isn't a full list of all the bug fixes in this update. This list includes the bug fixes that can cause a noticeable change in application behavior.

1. Removal of Basic Authentication for Docusign

Docusign Basic Authentication is no longer supported. If you've configured Basic Authentication for Docusign, configure OAuth 2.0 authentication to continue using Docusign for electronic signatures in Contracts.

For setup instructions, see Use DocuSign OAuth 2.0 Authentication When Signing Contracts.

2. Pending Worker Support for HCM Contracts

When creating an employment contract, you can now select a pending worker as the contract person.

3. Removal of Amendment Effective Date Validation for Sales Contracts Without Lines

For sales repository contracts without lines, you can now enter an amendment effective date later than the current date.

These enhancements improve security, flexibility, and workforce contract management by enabling secure OAuth 2.0 authentication for DocuSign, supporting employment contracts for pending workers, and allowing future amendment effective dates for sales repository contracts. Together, they provide a more secure and flexible contract management experience.

Steps to enable and configure

To setup Docusign OAuth, refer Use DocuSign OAuth 2.0 Authentication When Signing Contracts.
