Real-Time Screening
This release introduces Financial Services Crime and Compliance Management Investigation Hub Cloud Service, Real-Time Screening, an add-on to Oracle’s existing Investigation Hub Cloud Service.
While Investigation Hub Cloud Service is intended for users who investigate cases as a part of their job role, a financial institution may also have users in branches who would like to screen names in real-time, sporadically, as part of making payments or onboarding customers. These users can use the real-time screening add-on to Investigation Hub and enter a name to get an immediate all-clear or potential matches response. If there are potential matches, a case is generated to be worked by the investigative team (who have full access to Investigation Hub).
The Real-Time Screening search screens allow for ad hoc screening and provide real-time insights into potential matches to the input criteria. Additionally, the Real-Time Screening Add-on is positioned at a lower price point, aligned to the large number of low-frequency users.
Steps to Enable
Financial institutions interested in this feature should purchase the Real-Time Screening Add-on to their existing Oracle FCCM Investigation Hub Cloud Service. This add-on is not sold alone as the Real-Time Screening Add-on will not have access the main Investigation Hub Cloud Service capabilities. to work the case.
