Increased Coverage for TM Scenario Alert/SAR/CTR- Based Risk Assessment

In this release, KYC allows Oracle clients who are using Oracle FCCM Transaction Monitoring or Oracle FCCM Regulatory Reporting Cloud Services to consider information derived from these products when assessing risk.

To support this feature, the following new risk indicators have been added:

  • Count of SAR filed in the last N time duration
  • Count of CTR filed in the last N time duration
  • Count of TMCS events closed as Relevant/True Positive in the last N time duration

The following pipelines have been added:

  • KYC TM Scenario or Event Closure Based Risk Factors: Considers the number of alerts generated by a specific Transaction Monitoring scenario to be considered when calculating risk. This pipeline can be used only for implementations which include both Oracle Transaction Monitoring Cloud Services and Investigation Hub Cloud Service. You can configure the scenario names based on your requirements.
  • KYC SAR Based Risk Factors: Considers the number of SARs generated against this customer to be considered when calculating risk. This pipeline requires implementation with Oracle FCCM Regulatory Reporting Cloud Service.
  • KYC CTR Based Risk Factors: Considers the number of CTRs generated against this customer to be considered when calculating risk. This pipeline requires implementation with Oracle FCCM Regulatory Reporting Cloud Service.Oracle recommends that these Out-Of-Box pipelines are copied and used in batches.

This provides true holistic risk assessment for customers of Oracle clients by considering their transactional behavior including suspicious behaviors; namely, AML alerts, SAR, and CTR filings.
