Support for Auto-Closure of Events

In this release, Customer Screening CS has added pre-set rules for auto-closure that will automatically close an event without judging the event as either a True Match or a False Positive. The auto-closure rules can be enabled or disabled any time based on the event type (SAN/PEP/EDD/PRB).

Auto-closure rules are designed to automatically close event which met specific criteria, in order to reduce the number of events that require manual investigation.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
