Override “Next Review Dates” for Periodic Reviews
Clients migrating from OnPrem to SaaS typically would want to sync the Next Review Dates for all existing customers with that as in the OnPrem application before Go-Live. This activity is performed post successful run of Day 0 batch (called “KYC Deployment Initiation batch”) in the KYC SaaS application.
This new batch (KYCReviewDateUpdate) enables clients seamlessly override system-generated KYC Review Dates with new periodic review dates. The batch has been designed to handle requirements for overriding Next Review Dates for both Day 0 and any future daily batch runs as per client requirement.
This new batch helps migration clients seamlessly sync Next Review Dates for customers (as they are in the OnPrem application) before SaaS Go-Live without requiring any data patches, thereby reducing implementation effort and overall Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
