New Attributes for Creating Queues in Queue Management
Introduced the following attributes for creating queues in Queue Management:
- Transaction Amount for Transaction Filtering
- Transaction Currency for Transaction Filtering
- Number of Matches for Transaction Filtering
Based on the configured queue filter, assigned group, and cases assigned to the user, users associated with the queue can filter and view cases in the My TF Cases and My Cases tabs.
