Real-Time Customer Screening Message
If customer screening matches to fields not included on the primary case screen, the following message is displayed: “Additional matches should be viewed in the event details”.
This ensures the end user knows that additional matches are available in the event details, so that all possible matches will be reviewed prior to closing an event.
