RT CS: Full Name as Mandatory Field

Previously, first and last name were required fields for RT CS searches.  Now, either full name OR first and last name are required fields.

In certain geographies, the concept of first and last name are reversed, unknown, or irrelevant, and so forcing the entry of first and last name does not make sense. By allowing the full name search, the order doesn’t matter.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
