Real-Time Customer Screening (RT CS): Pre-Case Creation Event Disposition

Prior to case investigations by iHub Users, iHub RT CS users can scan and create cases, then disposition events as false positives, prior to handing the case off to a user with full iHub permissions.

This streamlines the investigative process, allowing for triage for obvious false positive events by the first line user.
