Direct Posting to Management Ledger for Early Adopters

The Direct Posting to Management Ledger feature enables users to post accounting entries directly into the Management Ledger without requiring the entries to be processed through the standard accounting hub or general ledger flow. This capability is intended for accounting that has bypassed the accounting foundation on its original posting to the general ledger.  

Direct Posting to Management Ledger enables organizations to record accounting adjustments directly in the Management Ledger without affecting the General Ledger. This capability provides the flexibility to capture internal allocations, reclassifications, and other adjustments while maintaining the integrity of statutory financial records. By supporting timely updates to management accounting data, it enhances the accuracy of management reporting, enabling informed business decisions and greater operational efficiency.

Steps to enable and configure

To use the Direct Posting to Management Ledger feature you need to log a Service Request (SR). 
Direct Posting to Management Ledger is currently available as a controlled release for eligible early adopters. Create a service request to be considered for this program. Usage without approval is not permitted.
