Support for Advanced Event Model

AFCS support for AEM permits publishing of data aligned with Advanced Event Model configuration in Financials Cloud. Please refer Financials Cloud documentation for details on Advanced Event Model configuration, rationale and benefits thereof.

Publishing of data aligned with AEM facilitates continuing compatibility between the services and enables leveraging of such configuration in Financials Cloud.

Steps to enable and configure

1. AFCS SLAs must be configured with or provided Event Class and Process Category information alongside Event Type data.
2. AFCS 26C must be deployed and interfaced with Financials Cloud 26C or a prior version with Advanced Event Model opted in. This is particularly relevant should creation or modification of Sub Ledger Applications (SLA) need to be performed.
