Updated the Correct Description for Seeded Currency Code AFN in the Dimension Currency Table

AFN is present in AFCS however, its associated description appears to be incorrect. As per the ISO 4217 standard, AFN represents Afghan Afghani. In the AFCS seeded DIM_CURRENCY table, the description associated with AFN does not accurately represent this currency. The currency name and description changed for Azerbaijan Manat to Afghan Afghani along with the description for AFA from Afghanistan Afghani to Afghanistan Afghani (Valid till 2002).

Accurate currency reference data is essential for maintaining data integrity and consistency across the application.
