DFCS is launching a Data Foundation Marketplace for browsing and deploying reusable curated data recipes and components catering to standard business requirements of a financial institution such as Regulatory Capital Calculators and Liquidity Risk Calculator.
It provides flexibility for our customers to select recipes (and their versions) based on, say, specific regulatory approaches applicable.

  1. Outbound Connector Enhancements

DFCS enhances outbound connector support across Data Services.
The enhancements distinguish inbound and outbound connectors through connector-type indicators, outbound-specific validations, generic terminology in custom connector templates, and improved display of target key business terms. This helps users configure and manage outbound data flows more accurately.

  1. User-Defined Dimension Transformation

Dimension Transformation in Application Data Services now supports user-defined dimension entities.
Users can configure custom dimensions, optionally associate hierarchy entities, select business terms and attributes, review generated metadata, and publish the configuration. This feature provides greater flexibility when loading customer-defined dimensions into DFCS.

  1. Improved User Defined Glossary Mapping

DFCS improves the Direct Mapping experience by selecting Show Mapped Business Terms by default and adding mapping context. A new Mapping Type column identifies primary and alternate Business Terms, helping users interpret mappings more clearly.

  1. ADS Credential Validation Through an Integrated Application

DFCS now supports validating ADS credentials through an Oracle Identity and Access Management integrated application.
Administrators can configure a confidential application, generate a client ID and client secret, and use these credentials to connect and validate ADS subscriptions. This enhancement provides a secure credential setup option for new and existing ADS subscriptions.
