CSV Format Support in Private Watchlist API
Oracle’s FCCM customer screening application now supports upload of private watchlist though api, in ‘csv’ format in addition to ‘xls’ format.
Private watchlists are internally maintained by institutions like banks, financial organizations etc. which are centralized repositories of entities or individuals that are blacklisted for onboarding. Providing support for ‘csv’ format upload will help in better synchronization of internal watchlists maintained by customers with private watchlist capability in the Customer screening application. This also ensures that users don’t need to spend resources on csv to xls format conversion of internal watchlists
