AI Investigator: Reading Red Flag and Typology Mapping from object store

Red Flag and Typology mapping was previously hardcoded, while now it can be read off the same Object Storage bucket used to transfer supplementary information.

Firms can configure Typologies and Red Flags during onboarding.
