goAML Report Workflow and Usability
This release introduces several workflow and usability enhancements designed to simplify report preparation, improve review efficiency, and strengthen governance throughout the goAML reporting process. These enhancements reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and provide users with a more streamlined and intuitive reporting experience.
- E-File Generation – Automatically generates the regulatory e-file from completed goAML report data, eliminating manual file creation and streamlining submission preparation.
- Activity Tab – Introduces a dedicated Activity tab to capture and review activity-related information, improving information organization and enhancing review traceability.
- Reject Workflow – Adds a structured supervisor rejection workflow, enabling consistent review decisions, clear accountability, and faster report rework.
- Internal Party Search and Add – Enables users to search for and add internal parties directly to a report, reducing duplicate data entry and accelerating report creation.
- Report Preview – Provides a preview of the report before goAML configuration submission, allowing users to validate report content, identify omissions, and improve submission accuracy.
