Substitution Variables in RFI Templates

RFI Email and Section templates now support substitution variables for Alternate Customer and Account ID, Key ID, and RFI Sender Name.
Template authors can insert alternate identifiers, Key ID, and RFI Sender ID as needed in RFI communications.

RFIs can include the identifiers recipients recognize, reducing manual edits and ambiguity.
