Flexibility to choose unique Code for every metadata object

As per existing logic, system continues to auto-generate a numeric code as default behavior, additionally users also have the flexibility to manually enter a code.

Special characters and non-numeric characters are restricted to ensure consistency and prevent data integrity issues.

This ensures uniform behavior of the Code field across all relevant modules and improves overall data governance.

This enhancement improves data consistency and reduces manual errors through auto-generation while still allowing controlled flexibility for manual input.
