New Macro <Months_Ago_Avg_Amt>

When the allocation type is a Static Driver allocation and the Allocation Source table is a Management Ledger table, a new Macro called <Months_Ago_Avg_Amt> available in Source Column calculates the monthly moving average value, starting with the execution As-of-Date month and going a designated number of months backwards. The output table for such created allocations is expected to be the same Management Ledger table.
