Allocation Lookup Table Enhancements

New "Code Match" and "Hierarchy Match - Code" column types have been added for Allocation Lookup Tables allowing for matching dimension columns based on their code values. Users can now input member ID or Code values for dimension columns belonging to any level of the dimension hierarchy. The restriction of a single Hierarchy Level selection in the Allocation Lookup Table Driver UI has been removed.
