New Seeded KPD in PBSMCS

A new seeded Key Processing Dimension (KPD), Transaction Type, is available for all Transaction Summary tables and Management Ledger tables. It supports use cases such as Activity Based Costing through Allocation Rules and is not available in Instrument tables.

Supports Transaction Type grain in Transaction Summary and Management Ledger tables, enabling more detailed allocation and Activity Based Costing analysis.
