One of your ideas has been delivered from your suggestion.Updated Family and Emergency Contacts on New Person Pages

You can now add multiple family and emergency contacts for a person in the new Redwood Add Person pages including Hire an Employee, Add a Contingent Worker, Add a Pending Worker, and Add a Nonworker pages.

You can also add this information for each of the contacts:

  • National Identifier
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Address
  • Citizenship
  • Passport
  • Visa and Permit
  • Driving License

When you launch an Add Person flow, in the Info to Include section, select the Family and emergency contacts step. On the Family and emergency contacts page, you can add the contact details and records for the person added as a family or emergency contact.

In the Basic info section, you can add the global name and optionally, the local name details. In the other sections of the page, you can add the phone, email, address, national identifiers, passport, visas and permit information. Other fields for phone, email, address, national identifiers, passport, visas and permit information are displayed after you select the initial values.

Out of the multiple contacts that you add for a person, you can mark one as the primary contact and/or emergency contact.  

The new page offers better performance and user experience. You can take advantage of the cohesiveness of the application with the new page.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

  • Guided journeys are available for the new Add Person pages which includes the Family and emergency contacts section.
  • You can personalize Redwood pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
  • If you've already personalized any of the existing ADF pages, you need to personalize them again in Redwood.

Access Requirements

Access to the new Addresses page is controlled using the same security privileges that control access to the new Redwood Add Person pages. For more information, see the Access Requirements section in the Redwood Experience for New Person Pages feature in 24A.
