Payroll Interface Inbound Supports Employee Documents from Third-Party Payroll Applications

Third party payroll systems can now upload payroll generated employee documents related to taxes, social insurance and more, to HCM cloud and employees can access these documents from employee self-service.

Third party payroll documents can be uploaded from HCM Data Loader by navigating to My Client Groups > Data Exchange > Import and Load Data.

List of files to import third party payroll documents are:

Filename	Description
PayrollInterfaceInboundRecord.dat	Includes processed payroll information for employees included in the payroll run
DocumentsOfRecord.dat	Data file listing employees for whom third party payroll documents are being provided along with their file names. Mandatory details are: Document Name and Issuing Country.
BlobFiles	Folder that contains all the third party payroll files.
DocumentsOfRecord.zip	Compressed file that contains the above mentioned data file and third party payroll  files.

Note: When supplying third party payroll documents you must supply the Payroll Relationship.

After you complete the import process, employees can view the third party payroll documents through self service.

 On the Home page, click the Me > Show More > Third-Party Payroll Documents

This feature creates a seamless experience for the customers when they can view their related documents from employee self service.
