Global Payroll Interface for Absence Template Supports Customer Extensible Attributes

Enhance your interface capabilities with third-party applications by using the customer extensible attributes included in the Global Payroll Interface for Absence template. Customer extensible attributes are available at both Person and Assignment absences section and can be used to report additional absence data.

Two data elements are added at the Person level: (Person Absence Field 1 and Person Absence Field 2) and two data elements are added at the assignment level (Assignment Absence Field 1 and (Assignment Absence Field 2).

Depending on their needs customers can configure the values for these fields using fast formulas. These fast formulas are mapped with their respective extensible field and the value returned by the formula will be populated in the Global Payroll Interface output file.

You can use the Payroll Interface Properties page to map the fast formulas you have created to their respective extensible fields.

Include additional absence related information as needed using the new customer extensible attributes.
