Global Payroll Interface Template Enhanced with Work Schedule Assignments
Customers who have implemented Oracle Absence Cloud can now provide work schedule code mapped to an employee assignment to be considered in payroll processing.
Use the additional work schedule assignment attributes included in the Assignment Data section of the Global Payroll Interface template. The attributes are:
- Work Schedule Name
- Start Date
- End Date
- Primary
When you define a payroll interface using the Global Payroll Interface template, information related to Assignment Work Schedules is available under Employment Information.
Steps to add a Work Schedule for an assignment:
Navigate to My client Groups > Work Schedule Assignment.
Add a Work Schedule for an employee with start date, end date, Primary flag.

Use the new Assignment Work Schedule attributes to include work schedule code mapped to an employee assignment to be considered in payroll processing.
