AI Assistance for Manager Evaluations in Performance Documents
As a manager you can leverage the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) assistance to quickly generate overall summary comments for an employee based on participant feedback, anytime feedback, or your own comments. You can also use AI assistance to generate tips on how to develop a competency. You can then edit the generated content.
When you navigate to an employee’s performance document that’s configured to include a competency evaluation topic you can see the AI Assist button, if it’s enabled. When you click AI Assist, it generates text based on the competency name and description.
If enabled for the overall summary evaluation topic you can use AI Assist to summarize participant feedback, anytime feedback (for the last 13 months), and your own section or item comments.
This feature makes it easy for managers to suggest competency related improvements or summarize overall comments in an employee’s performance document.
Steps to Enable
AI assistance is only available in the Redwood performance document. The button to use AI assistance isn’t enabled by default. For more information on using Visual Builder Studio, see the Overview of Using Visual Builder Studio topic on Oracle Help Center.
