Tips And Considerations
- As Performance Documents and Participant Feedback, Check-in, and Goals Center are closely connected, in Redwood you can enable or disable these pages using the common ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_DOCUMENTS_AND_GOALS_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option. These features can't be enabled individually.
-
The Redwood Evaluate Performance page won't display as a tab in the Career and Performance app if you've enabled this as the Talent navigation for managers under My Team. Enable the Performance app to display under My Team so managers continue to have access to the Redwood Evaluate Performance page. The Redwood Evaluate Performance page is also available through the quick actions.
- Additional attributes can be displayed using Visual Builder Studio (VBS):
- Business Title
- Assignment Number
- Job Name
- Person Number
- Position
