Redwood Experience for Request Feedback Enhancements
Check out the following Request Feedback features you can use to complete your Redwood experience:
- Select requested feedback providers who are in your team
- Select requested feedback providers who are your peers
- Request participant feedback for a performance document
Note: These features aren't enabled by default, but you can enable them in Visual Builder Studio.
Select Peers or Team Members as Feedback Providers
You can easily select your peers or your team if you have direct reports as feedback providers when you are requesting feedback about yourself.
Request Participant Feedback for Performance Documents
You can initiate participant feedback for performance documents from the Request Feedback page. You can select the relevant performance document and the system will take you to the Participant Feedback page to complete the feedback request.

By using these features, you can extend the usability of the Redwood experience.
Steps to Enable
To enable Redwood Request Feedback, you need to enable the profile options indicated in the table.

To enable feedback on goals, you need to enable the Goals profile option.

To use these features, you need to set the ORA_HRA_REQ_FEEDBACK_REDWOOD_ENABLED profile option to Yes. In previous releases, this profile option was delivered already enabled (Yes).
