Dynamic Skills for Position-Based Organizations

Enables employees to access skills specific to the positions they are in. Employees can:

• Discover skills relevant for their position in Skills Center and add them to their profile.
• See the skills that are required for their position in Skills Center.

Administrators can propagate position and job skills to employee profiles.

• If a position profile exists for an employee, the position profile skills are propagated.
• If a job profile exists instead of a position profile, the job profile skills are propagated.

Managers can continue to assign core skills to employee job roles that employee positions are related to. These skills are propagated to employees in those positions. Managers can then view skill achievement for their team members by job roles.

Helps position based organizations to develop employees based on position based skills.
