Configurable Program Eligibility

You can now configure your recognition and award programs with precise eligibility rules. Eligibility profiles restrict who can receive the recognition or award. These profiles help you define who can participate by linking specific criteria to each program, ensuring that recognition and awards are granted to eligible individuals.

You set up eligibility profiles when you create programs. Click Navigator > My Client Groups >Show More> Configure Programs under Celebrate to access the Recognition and Award Programs page. Click Add Profile to add eligibility profiles to restrict the program recipients. However, adding eligibility profiles for programs is optional.

Select Required to mark the eligibility profile as mandatory when evaluated. If the check box isn’t selected, the eligibility profile is considered optional.

Eligibility Profiles

By defining eligibility profiles, organizations can ensure that recognition and award programs are targeted towards specific groups or individuals whose contributions align with strategic objectives. This targeted approach ensures that the resources are allocated efficiently to recognize those who truly make a difference. Implementing eligibility rules promotes fairness and equity in the recognition process. By clearly defining the criteria for participation, organizations can avoid perceptions of favoritism or bias, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Configurable eligibility criteria allow organizations to align recognition programs with their unique values, culture, and strategic priorities. By recognizing behaviors and achievements that contribute to organizational success, businesses can reinforce desired behaviors and drive performance in line with their objectives. By focusing recognition efforts on eligible individuals or groups, organizations can optimize the allocation of resources, ensuring that rewards and incentives are directed where they will have the greatest impact on employee engagement, morale, and productivity.
