Cash Rewards for Employee Excellence

Apart from awarding points, managers can now recognize outstanding contributions with cash awards. You can reward and celebrate your team's achievements with the added flexibility of monetary recognition.

Here’s how you set up the cash award feature:

  1. Click Navigator > My Client Groups >Show More> Configure Programs under Celebrate to access the Recognition and Award Programs page.
  1. Click Add Program > Award.
  1. Enter the general details such as the program name, dates, and description.
  1. Select Cash as the Award Type.
  1. Select a payroll element or click Add Payroll Element. Cash awards are paid through element entries.
  1. (Optional) Select a program owner or add one. The program applies to everyone in the owner’s organization.
  1. (Optional) Click Add Profile to add eligibility profiles to restrict the program recipients. Select the check box named Required if you want to mark the eligibility profile as mandatory when evaluated. If the check box isn’t selected, the eligibility profile is considered optional.
  1. Select the core values and images to be used in the program.
  1. Click Save.

Managers fill in the Cash field when they award a person:

  1. Click Navigator > My Team > Show More > Team Overview.
  2. Click Send Award and follow the prompts.

Cash Field

You can also navigate to the Employees page from the Overview page to send awards or recognitions.

Cash rewards provide tangible recognition for employees' efforts. It demonstrates that their contributions are valued and motivates them to perform at their best and engage more deeply in their work. The cash rewards configuration that's now available offers flexibility in how a recognition is given, allowing managers to acknowledge achievements in a manner that is meaningful to employees.
