Redwood Experience for Team Compensation
Let line managers use the Team Compensation page re-created with the Redwood tool set Visual Builder Studio. You can enable the page and section along with the Redwood experience.

Steps to Enable
You need to enable both of these profile options to enable the Redwood My Compensation page.

To revert to the nonRedwood page, set the site-level profile value to No for this profile option.
To configure a profile option, complete these steps in the Setup and Maintenance work area:
- Search for and click the Manage Administrator Profile Values task.
- Search for and select the profile option.
- Set the Level to Site.
- In the Profile Value field, select a value.
Tips And Considerations
The More Actions menu (shown as the … icon) lists all actions available to the line manager to use for the worker. The actions aren’t restricted to compensation actions.

People can pin the actions they most frequently access so those actions appear before unpinned actions.

You can open the person’s activity center page, by clicking the person’s name. And you can open the compensation info page by clicking the salary amount.
