Filter Assignments in Redwood Review Proposed Progressions and Salary Updates Page
We enhanced the Redwood Review Proposed Progressions and Salary Updates page so that you can filter the assignments. Previously you could only search for assignments.
The Updates tab has new filter chips below the search box that let you filter by status, current grade code, and proposed grade code. And there's a button that lets you access additional filters. This example has the grade step progression results filtered to show all assignments with current grade code NURSE_2.
Progression Results Filtered by Current Grade Code
More filters are available on the Updates tab. This example shows the entire list of filters in the Filters drawer that opens when you click the Filters button. You can filter on status, FTE, frequency, salary basis type, current grade name, current grade code, current step. You can also filter on proposed grade name, proposed grade code, proposed step, progression date and salary change date.

Because step names aren't unique, the step filter includes the grade name. This example shows the current step filter. Each grade uses the same step names, so there's a step 1 for each of the grades. When listing the step names, we include the grade names so you can pick the right step. In this example, the page is filtered on step 1 for the Analyst 1 grade. The drop-down list shows the grade name and step name together, with a comma and space between them. In this example, we selected Analyst 1, 1.
Current Step Filter That Shows the Grade Name and Step Name Separated by a Comma and Space
The Errors tab also has new filter chips below the search box that let you filter by current grade code and error message. This example shows the errors filtered by error message text no current salary. You can access additional filters for FTE, frequency, salary basis type, current grade name, and current step using the Filters button. Some filters available on the Updates tab aren't relevant for the Errors tab, so you won't see them here.
Progression Errors Filtered by Partial Error Message Text
With this enhancement, you can more easily find the assignments you're looking for when reviewing proposed progressions and errors.
