Open Job and Position Profiles Pages From Redwood Jobs and Positions Pages
You can now easily navigate to the job profiles and position profiles search pages directly from the Redwood Jobs and Positions pages respectively. When you open the profile search page from a view-only job or position page, the profiles associated with that particular job or position will show up by default.
My Client Groups > Show More > Under the Workforce Structures section, click the Jobs or Positions option. On a job or position read-only page, click Open Job Profiles or Open Position Profiles respectively in the Actions drop-down menu. Let’s say you click Open Job Profiles on a job page.
Open Job Profiles Option in the Actions Menu
The Job Profile page opens, and it shows all the profiles that have been associated with the current job. If you clear this search by closing the Job Name filter chip, you will see a list of all the available job profiles.
Job Profiles Page Showing Profiles for a Job
On this page, you can also create or edit a profile, and then associate it with the same job or any other job. Clicking the Back arrow will take you back to the same view job page.
This feature enables you to easily open the job or position profiles page from within a job or position page.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
- The Open Job Profiles and Open Position Profiles actions will be enabled on a view-only job or position page respectively, only if the profile options for the Redwood Profile pages are enabled.
