Default Expense Account and People Key Flexfields in Add Person flows
You can now configure the People Group and Default Expense Account key flexfields (KFF) in these Redwood flows:
- Hire an Employee
- Add a Contingent Worker
- Add a Pending Worker
- Add a Nonworker
- Convert pending worker
- Create a Work Relationship
You need to enable key flexfields and associate them to the legal employers or the enterprise levels to see the Default Expense Account and People Group fields in the Assignment step of all the processes. Here's a screenshot of both the fields in the Hire an Employee flow.
You can start typing in the fields to view the KFFs available for the current segment. You can also click the Search for combination icon in the field to open a popup search.
If you make changes to the People Group and Default Expense Account key flexfields, the updated values are displayed in the Assignment section for you to select.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
- The key flexfield structure you associate at the legal employer level takes preference over the enterprise level when you enable the flexfields at both the levels.
- You can't create a combination in the Search for combination window. You can only do that in the People Group and Default Expense Account fields.
