Support for Data Security and Unvisited Sections in Edit by Approver Framework in Redwood Employment Processes

When an approver edits the transaction, data submitted by a requestor is committed in these cases:

  • Even when the approver doesn't visit all the sections of the transaction.

  • Even when the approver doesn't have security access to some sections of the transaction. In this case, the approver won't be able to view data in those secured sections. However, the data submitted by the requestor will still be committed resulting in no data loss due to approver's restricted access.
