View All Third-Party Payroll Documents: Redwood

View all third-party documents (except payslips) for an employee on the Third-Party Payroll Documents page. This page displays all documents that have a publish date that's the same as, or earlier than today's date. You can also search for a document using the Specific Date Range search option.

Let's take an example of a third-party payroll document, such as a W4, which has the following dates:

Start Date: 01-JAN-24
End Date: 31-DEC-24
Publish Date: 14-FEB-24

When you view the page on 07-APR-24, the document is displayed because the publish date of the document falls before the session (current) date. In the View drop-down list, the option All is selected by default.

When you use the Specific Date Range option and perform a search with a start date of 01-JAN-24 and end date of 31-DEC-24, the document is returned because the end date of the document falls within the date range of the search.

When you use the Specific Date Range option and perform a search with a start date of 01-JAN-24 and end date of 07-APR-24, the document isn’t returned because the end date of the document doesn’t fall within this date range. This is existing functionality, and it hasn’t changed.

All third-party payroll documents are displayed according to your search criteria.
