Generate Configuration and Data Review Snapshot

You can now use your payroll interface flow early in the implementation cycle to generate a snapshot of the configuration and data for review. You can review this snapshot with reference to integration requirements to identify gaps in the configuration and/or data and address them before going live with the integration. 

Note: You must define the payroll interface to be used in the regular integration cycle before the data review snapshots can be generated.

Follow the steps below to generate the review snapshot:

  1. Navigate to My Client Groups > Payroll > Submit a Flow
  2. Select your legislative data group
  3. Search for and select the payroll interface defined for the payroll connect partner
  4. Provide these parameter values:
  • Payroll Flow: A meaningful name to monitor progress
  • Changes Only: All Attributes
  • Payroll Group: Select as appropriate
  • Payroll: Select as appropriate
  • Process Start Date: Select the date as on which you need the snapshot
  • Process End Date: Select the date as on which you need the snapshot. It is recommended to select the same date as Process Start Date.
  • Data Precheck Snapshot: Select Yes.

5. Submit the flow

Payroll connect partners and customers can identify any gaps in integration requirements earlier in the implementation cycle and take corrective action.
