Hide Download Button on Redwood Document Records List Page

Control the display of the Download button on the Redwood Document Records list page by configuring the value for Show Download Button page property.

By default, the Download button is displayed on the Document Records list page.

To hide the download button on the Document Records list page, Business Rules pane, find the Show Download Button page property.

In the Show Download Button page property, click the Delete icon on the row for Me to hide the Download button for self.

This will remove the Me row from the Show Download Button property.

Once, the Me row is removed, the Download button will no longer appear on the Document Records List page for self.

Control the availability of the download button as per the organization policy.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
