Hide URL Field in Redwood Document Records Attachments Section

Control the display of the URL field in the Redwood document record attachment section by setting the desired value for Show URL Field in Attachments Section page property.

By default, the Show URL Field in Attachments Section page property is enabled which means that the URL field will appear in the Redwood document record attachment section.

To hide the URL field in the attachment section, in the Document Records page, Business Rules pane, find the Show URL Field in the Attachments Section property.

If you select No, the URL field will not be displayed in the Redwood document record attachment section.

Hide this field when adding or editing document records from end users, if your organization doesn't require URL attachments.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

  • This feature is available only on the Redwood Document Records page.

  • If you hide the URL field, it'll be hidden for all document types on the Redwood Document Records page.
