MyCSP: EPN697 Changes to the Interface Validation Process for Service History Events Older Than 12 Months

The MyCSP service history file now complies with EPN697.

The interface validation rejects any service history data provided in your interface where the reported service event is older than 12 months. This is known as the rolling 12-month cut-off validation, and the pay period end date in your interface control file will be used to assess the 12-month rolling period.

An additional file is generated as part of the Flow Name: Generate MyCSP Interface which can be used to review any rejected service history records. The new file is called 'UK MyCSP Service History Retro Events Older Than 12 Months File'. If the data needs to be re-supplied to the Scheme Administrator using the statement of work (SOW) process, which must be followed, you can use the information held in this file. The information cannot be re-supplied via your monthly interface or the DVR correction process, so once reviewed, the new file shouldn't be included in the final monthly interface.

Legislative compliance.
