You can assign activities to members of the job requisition and job offer hiring teams. Activities can now be configured to include any hiring team collaborator type, not just recruiters and hiring managers. When configured, selected collaborators can access the Activity Center and see their assigned activities.

With this enhancement, you can configure additional activity recipients to keep everyone on the hiring team up to date on hiring activities.

Steps to Enable

When you configure the activity items displayed in the Recruiting Activity Center, you can select collaborators as assignees. The Assignees selector contains Collaborator and any custom collaborator types created by customers.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
    • Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information
  2. In the Recruiting Management section, click Configure Recruiting Activity Center. The Configure Recruiting Activity Items page lists all activity items for applications, offers, and requisitions as well as their status (enabled or disabled).
  3. Click the Edit icon next to an activity item to enable and configure it.
  4. In the Assignees field, you can select recruiter, hiring manager, collaborator.
  5. Click Save.

Access Requirements

To access the Recruiting Activity Center, the Access Recruiting Activity Center privilege needs to be assigned to the roles that will be assigned activities.
