Create Interview Schedules for a Job Requisition Using HCM Data Loader

You can create an interview schedule for a job requisition and add a shared interview schedule to a job requisition using HCM Data Loader.

These new attributes were added to the Job Requisition business object:

• RequisitionInterviewSchedule
• RequisitionInterviewScheduleLocation

You can perform these actions on an interview schedule:

• Create an interview schedule
• Publish an interview schedule
• Unpublish an interview schedule
• Remove a candidate managed interview schedule if it’s unpublished
• Remove a shared interview schedule (note that you can’t remove a hiring team managed interview schedule).

In an interview schedule, you can update the below sections:

• Basic Information
• Interviewer Documents
• Reminders
• Location Details

NOTE: You can update and delete the location details using HCM Data Loader, but you can’t do that in the UI.

With this feature, you can have an alternate option for creating interview schedules without having to do it manually through the user interface.
